Dr. Anthony F. Lloyd, D.Min. – Dean, Iron Sharpens Iron
Dr. Anthony F. Lloyd is the esteemed Dean of Iron Sharpens Iron with over 20 years of experience as both a Pastor and Professor. He is the retired Pastor of Beulahland Missionary Baptist Church in Gardena, CA, and a retired Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Mt. San Antonio Community College in Walnut, CA.
Dr. Lloyd holds a B.A. in Religion from Pepperdine University, a Master of Divinity in Philosophical Theology from the American Baptist Seminary of the West, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling from the School of Theology at Claremont. He is also a National Board Certified Pastoral Addictions Counselor.
Dr. Lloyd’s lifelong mission has been to guide others toward healing and wholeness in a world filled with challenges. His leadership and deep commitment to ministry make him an invaluable part of Iron Sharpens Iron.

Pastor Greg England – Associate Pastor, Iron Sharpens Iron
Pastor Greg England, based in Temecula, CA, brings a wealth of experience to Iron Sharpens Iron with over 35 years in ministry. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, and an M.A. in Counseling from the University of North Alabama in Florence, AL. Pastor Greg also completed post-graduate studies in theology and family therapy at Harding University Graduate School of Religion in Memphis, TN.
In addition to serving as a Senior Pastor in Alabama, Florida, and California, he has taught General Psychology at Faulkner University’s North Alabama Campus. He has also undergone advanced training in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Pastor Greg is also a licensed Funeral Director with 18 years of experience, owning and operating England Family Mortuary, Inc. in California. He is dedicated to mentoring and guiding future ministers at Iron Sharpens Iron.

Bishop Jon S. Harris – Founder & Director, Iron Sharpens Iron
Bishop Jon S. Harris is the visionary founder and leader of Iron Sharpens Iron, bringing over 30 years of ministerial experience to the training and mentorship of future leaders. Ordained and licensed as a Baptist minister in 1986, Bishop Harris holds a B.A. in Small Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino, and a B.A. in Biblical Studies along with a Master of Ministry from Carolina School of Theology.
Bishop Harris has served as Senior Pastor of Castle Rock Christian Fellowship Baptist Church since 2001 and currently leads chaplain and mortuary services at England Family Mortuary. He is also the CEO of FEP Consultants, specializing in preneed funeral and burial insurance.
A respected community leader, Bishop Harris is the President of the Eastside Reconciliation Coalition and a Leadership Riverside graduate. His passion lies in developing ministers called to serve the Body of Christ.
